FAN CLUB MANAGER
Introducing our Fan Club Manager, Sharon Current. Sharon was born, raised and still lives in Grand Rapids, Ohio - a small town in the NW part of the state. She has been married to hubby Steve since 1971. They have a daughter, Andrea, who is has just one year left in her doctoral program at Wright State University. Sharon has a B.S. in Education, and was a substitute teacher for a few years, before becoming the Head Librarian at their local branch library for 9 years then office manager in her husband's HVAC business for 12 years. Currently focusing on volunteer work she has directed her church choir for 34 years and has run the area food pantry for 15 years. She is into cats, fishing, reading, puzzles and all things "Lee Greenwood" of course!
"I've been a fan of Lee's ever since we went to a concert in the mid-eighties at a fair nearby. He totally blew the crowd away! Ever since I have followed Lee's career and collected everything "Lee" I could find. One of my favorite items is a life-sized cardboard cutout of him. Someday I'll share the story of how I acquired that. (Not illegal or immoral - LOL) Lee is always very kind and courteous to his fans. He truly appreciates us all! There isn't anything he can't do and it only takes one concert to prove he is a superb showman! I could go on and on but let me just say that it is my honor to be the manager of this fan club and I look forward to getting to know all of you and sharing memories old and new about this country's most exciting and fervent patriot - Lee Greenwood!!".
